Swam yesterday, gyming today. Wonder when can i see results.. REALLY see..
Cant wait.. Since all my probs juz boil down to my figure.

Hrmm think exercising 3-times a wk is gd.

1) Better mood 2) Fresher mind

5) I'll feel satisfied!! haha....(tt's d most impt! =P)
well, they are to me.. duno for other ppl.

Slow, non-vigorous exercising of coz.
Muscle-building is NOT allowed.. eekksss..
