Alone at home now. Sian. Parents' out as usual.. bro still in new zealand. Only zac lying beside me enjoying the coolness of the floor. Kinda miss bro. That fellow huh didnt even msg anything back these few days, other than the 1st day when he juz arrived there. Confirm having a great time there la, able to watch the breathtaking scenery of LOTR, eating kiwis everyday.. haha *envy*!! (btw im talking bout kiwi FRUITS here. Some joker tot im referring to that birdy!! diaozzz)

Ha know wats the best drink to savour aft a torturing 45mins of bout 5km (yah lah it's subj to indiv! know im slow! =P) jog???

1) Ice Water a.k.a Sky Water
Nothing beats the original, no preservatives, no artificial colouring, no TASTE of the water of Heaven!! And u can gulp as much as it down and dun have to worry bout the calories that might pack back due to any sugar or glucose or watsoever inside. Once heard frm a fren b4 tt u shldnt drink much water aft jogging coz if u did, u'll be replenishing back the water u juz sweat out, and thus, no help in slimming down.

Hey this is ABSOLUTE WRONG lor. U SHLD drink as MUCH water as possible instead! One of the keys to slim down is to drink LOTS & LOTS of water!! (thou it's really hard to keep tis habit & constantly remind urself to drink water everynow & then, esp when u r outside)

To stay healthy - 8 FULL GLASSES A Day
To slim down - MORE THAN 9 FULL GLASSES A Day

The water actually helps u to burn MORE fats away aft u exercise.... diaoz.. talking bout forbidding urself to drink water. The most stupid thing i've ever heard. & to think i had believed that 4 a couple of yrs!! arhh no wonder i cant slim down!!! haha.. *ok that's not an excuse* gulp..

2) Jasmine Green Tea
My all-time fav, at ANY POINT OF TIME. Thou muz tk note of the different brands of green tea out there. Some are packed wif sugar. Think pokka is one of them. Heaven & Earth is ok. The sensation of gulping down tt marvellous tea is an absolute pleasure.. ESP AFT JOGGING!!! haha juz had 2 glasses of that juz now.. =P

3)7-Up wif a sprinkle of salt
Bro & my's another fav drink. Think it is the only gassy drink that i like. (other than H20, if u count tt as one) And IT HAS TO HAVE THE SALT. Another master-piece!! Love the taste of it! Esp when the salt makes it to have tis unique taste & the 7-up more icy cold.. whew nice~ Haha tis leads me to think how will the new Sprite-ice tastes like wif BOTH salt and ice??? woowww...

Haha i sound like some advertiser hor.. Yeaa i do love advertising & promo! Pity last sem's professor sux. Sigh..... Ok dun talk bout sch now.

Last night's ktv was the most fun i had recently! (after d session wif mark & co couple of mths back). Didnt know so many ppl turned up, some brought frenz along wif them. I brought shuang. =) Ying booked 2 large rooms, side by side to accomodate the crowd. And i was popping here and there to sing. As usual some were taken aback by my, erhum, singing but hey! Me too k! Totally didnt know gershon & kelvin can sing so well!! Kelvin was totally into Jacky Cheung's songs & Gershon's voice sounds like William Su! And i was soooo delighted when Gershon sang Andy L.'s Qing Sheng De Yi Ju!! *melt* ANDY!!! haha he did kana pressurized by me to better sing that song well, but despite the "pressure" faced, he did a greaaaaat job!

Melvin was the funny one la. Joker king sia. The crowd was VERY "well-entertained" by both his BG's voice & dramatic actions, esp William's Hung's She Bangs. Damn crapz la.. Ha but he did had a serious song of his own too! Jay C.'s An Jing! Think that he is one of the few guys that can sing tt song w/o having to have veins coming out from their necks! haha..

Somewhat reached a "climax" nearing the end when we sang Grasshoppers's Ai Bu Pa!!! Twice somemore! In each room!! Everyone was like practically clubbing liao, were jumping and dancing ard, screaming & shouting on the top of our voices lor. Haha to think we can get soooo high w/o a bit of alcohol! Shiok!! =P

Oh and now seems tt everyone's crazy over euro 2004 huh. Gee me too act. Was influenced by my parents & relatives la... Shucks hope they allow me to watch tonight's 2350 Eng v.s Switzerland!! Still cant get over the fact tt they lost to that f***ing France tt day. Argh so SUAI lor!!!!! Haiz poor beck. Dun worry. No matter how much the world HATES u (again!) for tt penalty shot, I will ALWIZ be behind u no matter wat!!!
