It's amazing to note that how much easier it is for people to be drawn away from God than to bbe drawn nearer to Him.

A simple secular song can do the trick.

The song might sound perfectly fine to ppl.

But as it plays on, & when you are more focused on each and every beat of it, the rhythm, the tune, the lyrics, you will feel this overwhelming feeling starts to gain its roots within you, & it starts to slowly stretch & stretch real deep inside you, & it draws out every single thoughts of goodness & life out of you, til it GETS TO YOU that you are left with nothing.

& it hurts everytime when it happens.

But a wonderful thing will happen. That is when i allow Jesus to once again cleanse me thoroughly with His presence and His power. I'll feel recharged right away, & it won't take me long to soon realize i just CAN't DO without Him. (That's y daily time w God is so important. Coz He makes me stay clean! haha)

I can't imagine my life, whom i'd experienced Him so real so many times, to leave my side, ever.

No wonder ppl say backsliders are not (& very different from) non-believers.
Non-believers have not yet experienced the goodness of God, but backsliders had.
But they still chose to leave Him. The feeling should be worse than hell i guess.

Scary.

Still it draws me to a revelation of myself. I should not feed my weakness til it becomes strong and starts to grab a foothold of me. My weakness is this strong relation towards music. It can seriously make me, or destroy me.

So, erm let's just leave some songs aside first, & continue to concentrate on more praise & worship songs. *hehz*

Til i'm emotionally strong in God ba. Still learning. I'm definitely very weak.. & i want to be strong, yet staying contrite in God. =)
