Went for a rather inspiring talk on Incentive Travel last night by Dr Leslie Choudhury organised by ERC w zhen.

Coincidentally, it's VERY applicable to my work.

Can propose some really useful things from there to veron leh.. (haha talking abt creativity =p)

More coincidence.

When i'm starting to think abt whether shld i reassess my job & start keeping a look out for other "greener pastures" outside (esp aft hearing how lucrative the pays my peers are all getting) , a pleasant surprise came from my HR manager yest'd.

Which makes me harder to leave...... YET.
The job satisfaction is there, the potential to grow is there, my colleagues are great..
It's just the PAY. *sigh*

But still, i'm happy with the adjustment lah. Thank God so much! =)
(& i'm half hoping probably my name will appear on the interoffice memo of "Promotions 2006" that the HR circulate out? Haha too soon gal. So ambitious!)

Oh well, shall see how it goes.
Half a yr in CIC only. Give myself another half a yr ba.
At least wait til i go get my last cert which the co. is willing to pay. Hoho. =p
